Administration

Secretarial

  • Annual General Meeting Preparation and Notices
  • Advice relating to proxies, quorums, voting, resolutions, levy calculations etc.
  • Attendance, conducting and minute-taking at Annual General Meetings
  • Providing required levy resolutions
  • Dealing with correspondence
  • Completion and submission of all required CSOS forms
  • Storing all records e.g. Minute Book, SS Plans, Employment Contracts, Insurance Policies

Accounting

  • Payment of all invoices, accounts, wages, UIF, Workmen’s Compensation etc.
  • Detailed monthly reports of income and expenditure vs. budget
  • Preparing and sending monthly levy statements
  • Age analysis
  • Preparation of Annual budgets
  • Levy recommendations and calculation
  • Arranging annual audit with the Auditor
